The site that turns visits into quote requests
A bilingual site for a cleaning company in Sebring, Florida. Clear services, proof you can trust them, and one single path for the visitor: ask for a quote by form or WhatsApp.

The result
Every visit has one clear path: ask for a free quote, with no calls and no waiting.
Ladies Pro Cleaning cleans homes and businesses in Sebring, Lake Placid, Avon Park and Sun ‘n Lake. The work was already there —over 850 homes and clients who come back— but there was nowhere to show it.
What had to be solved
In cleaning, the customer is not comparing prices: they are comparing trust. They are deciding who gets a key to their house. A generic site does not settle that.
And there was one detail that changed everything: that part of Florida lives in two languages. The site had to serve someone searching in English exactly as well as someone searching in Spanish, without either one feeling they are reading a translation.
What I built
- A bilingual site with a one-click language switch. Not an automatic translator bolted on top: each language has its own copy.
- The three services explained separately, each with what it covers and its own button: residential (regular or deep), commercial (offices and storefronts), and the Airbnb and move-out one, with fast turnovers and check-in/check-out cleans.
- The trust signals up front: certified staff, full insurance with background checks, and eco-friendly products that are safe for kids and pets.
- Service areas written into the copy, so Google and the neighbor both know they work right there.
- A form with only what is needed: name, country code, phone, email and type of service. No fields that serve no purpose.
- WhatsApp right in the top bar, for whoever would rather write than fill anything in.
- The process in three steps —you book, we clean, you enjoy— so nobody wonders what happens after they hit send.

The detail that sells most
They hand over a photo report when they finish: pictures of every room, sent right away by email or WhatsApp. They were already doing it, but it was nowhere to be seen.
I gave it a section of its own, because it is exactly what an Airbnb owner hundreds of miles away needs in order to know how their place looks before the next guest walks in. A service that already existed became a selling point.
Where you notice it
The page does not try to do ten things. It shows who they are, proves they can be trusted, and leads to one place: asking for a quote. Everything that got in the way of that path stayed out.
